I'm an old friend of Norman's. I was Regt Chief Clerk when he was SSM of 73 in Iserlohn.  Completely lost touch with him.

Hi I served with Dirty Thirty when Norman was SSM I had a chat with him last year he was working in Sunderland and living in Washington

I was at 30 as well when he was the SSM glad to hear he is still about.

If itīs the same Norman Bridgitt He got posted to 52 just before I left in 85. His other claim to fame is that he is Hookie Kerrs half brother. Sadly no longer withus.

But Norman was a top man. I hope you get in touchwith him.

HI,  Rowland if you go on line to sappers 696 you will find photographs of Norman when he was with 30sqn in Portadown in 1978.I never saw him again
after training but will always remember him for loaning me the price of a packet of fags do hope he is still around he cannot be much older than 65.
Please let me know if you hear anymore news about him.

Hi guy's, Norman was a great bloke got a lot of respect for him, toplumb hope its not the same Norman. s.newman I also heard he was living up North somewhere. Yeah met him as ssm and a qm.

Hi I used to know a Norman Bridgett is 23 Amphib. in Hameln in the 60s.I hope he is not the one your looking for as heard he had passed on...(don.t quote me, only heard)...Alan...

Hi  I remember Norman Bridgitt was my training nco at Cove Southwood camp March 1963 then a lance corporal he had just came from xmas island
believe he is living outside Sunderland somewhere? went through the ranks became officer for the record top training nco and a decent bloke.

I was at 30 Fld sqn 79 - 81 he was there then, and then he was posted to 52 Fld about 85 -86.

At what time was he at those places because it would be easyer to remember and some guys have served at the same place but twenty years apart!
