News coming in that it is being linked to friendly fire incident. Apparently artillery, dropping short of target. Investigation underway.

British soldier has been killed in an explosion in Afghanistan, according to the Ministry of Defence.
The serviceman, from 36 Engineer Regiment, was serving with the Counter Improvised Explosive Device task force and was killed in a blast in the Sangin area of Helmand province on Monday.
His next of kin have been informed.
The number of British military personnel killed on operations in Afghanistan since 2001 stands at 325.
Lieutenant Colonel James Carr-Smith, spokesman for Task Force Helmand, said the serviceman had been part of a search team that was involved in an operation to provide security in Sangin District.
"He died seeking to improve the lives of local Afghans. He will be sorely missed by his many friends. His sacrifice will not be forgotten. We will remember him," said the spokesman.
