Joined ref my Dad's service as RE Bomb Disposal Officer during the siege of Malta.  Through him I began researching what the REBD guys did out there.  It had to become a book, UXB Malta. There's a blog which tells more about what it was like to discover this huge story, at http://uxbmalta.blogspot.com.
