I've been here all along too, have a quick look from time to time most days. Also a bit bemused by the disapearance of the bucket of s--t master

Hey up Nobby i never went away but ive never been one to start things I normally follow and make the numbers up Baa baa Baa

Hows you keeping Joe

All you others like Nobby says get them fingers tapping out messages etc otherwise people just will not be dropping in on the site.

As John said looking forward to May for the A v N rugby will have to get in fast for a ticket.

Mind depending on weather it may pay just to have Ticket and meet up, Staying in South stand bar can be dark and very cool (not cool cool but cold cool).

Any which way I will be around somewhere for the Rugby.

Are we any further forwardin the get together in Nov 2010 (its a long way off can i Wait that long?)

REgards for now

Got to agree, it is quiet, but I think it comes in waves. Danny was always good for stirring the shit and then disappearing, before vanishing for ever, Nick sort of took this mantle on and has now gone AWOL, but fingers crossed he's safe and will be back soon. Plus add on to that Pete H, the Rt Hon Blythe, Ski,Brownie, Russ and our standard bearer Mr Simms are all missing in action at the moment, so it does seem quiet.

We just need to hold the fort until everyone has done what they need to do and find the time to come back. I'm sure work pressure and approaching xmas just means people have other things to do, but hopefully all are good.

We could do with more help from anyone new joining Rossi for example is trying (albeit you could be a bit more specific in replying mate, still no idea what you look like or if you knew Jimmy Logan, Tam etc.)too many of the new people joining just seem to come on look at the posts and photos and never say a word, which is a shame. It was always good when someone new came along as it seemed to give everyone a bit of a lift and new things to recall, but we need the newbies to get involved.

Either that or someone post a really controversial post to get the boys (and girls )going. How about girls (or squaddies)I shagged at Maidstone, I'm wary of this one as not sure if there are people who shagged my first wife, that I don't know about  confused4 Just a thought.

Hang in there everyone hopefully normal service will be resumed soon.

Well Mildred SapperTwatter, (suit's you Sir)

What can one say except, Bollocks!!!!!!, why you ask, well it seems as though the bollocks is all we can say.

Maybe it's the cold nights drawing in, not much to say, or do,  angry3 but hey, even a simple, hey knob heads where are you and Hi of course.

Yes and it has been mentioned that since (Mary Celeste Ward) is not here to shout and swear at us, it has all gone quite over there, we don't want to see your ring, so SING YA BASTARDS SING.

Tell you one thing though, l go to the REA up here in sunny sunny Scotland, and l have to admit, its fecking dead.  we have on average 10 people, how sad is that (still a good excuse for a beer out).

Where  l work l have guys that were in the Kings Own and other Scottish Regiments, which have all fallen to now one Regiment. But by far much better comrades l see, as to keeping in touch and having meetings and gatherings.
Yes there is a matter of them staying together as a whole Regiment, but hey guy's and gals, lets try a little harder. I can be lazy as well, so except this little nudge as to talking or chatting on this site as well l know.

I am now looking forward to the Army v Navy in May 2010 and the one in November, as to where ever it is decided we hold the get together.

So as to Mildred (colin)..............love the dress matey, chat later, but stop asking me if your bum looks big in it, course it fecking does,  bootyshake bootyshake bootyshake

Mr quite and nice guy  wave wave wave

The girls are right ..............in the words of the imortal rev Mr T ...."GET SOME NUTS !!!!!!!!!"  Ok I get that things are not as rosey as we all would like but thats an even bigger reason for keeping the banter and general piss taking going on here ...................as the government eradicates our past one small piece at a time where else are you going to go to have a moan and groan about it with others who it also affects .................fuckin twitter or facebook ????? why when you have the perfect platform here numbnuts !!! ...................and yes Its not pleasent but things change we all move on along different paths BUT! thats the way it is and always has been, the difference now is that we have the means to preserve parts of the past on here with you pics , stories , attitudes and company .................I say just enjoy the site for what it is......................and................"always look on the bright side of life de dum..... de dum de dum de dum !!!!!!!

I'm members of other sites, i dont think so, they are mates you make, old and new, like school ones. But all with something in common, more so than school. A sence of humour for one......colin!
Come on you guys, not so defetist.....how about the new members....havent YOU got something to say or share???
Mind you it did get a bit spooky in the summer with the 'guests' going through everyones profiles!!
Even so, come on guys!! At least give the 'guests' something to read!!!

Think once the novelty goes you realise the ex sapper thing is just a fad and like it or not your a civvy and its all just hanging on to the past which is long gone. Danny Cassey saw it first

Things seem very quiet on here of late. I just wonder if we had one day/week a month when you knew people would visit the site
